Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A 25% cancellation fee is attached to each canceled order and orders cannot be canceled after they are confirmed. Please reach out to us via email at info@mosheshek.com and be sure to include your order number. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Returns & Refunds:

We do not provide any kind of refund. If the Goods / Services / Food Articles are not edible  or needs assistance, the customer can contact us within 10 days of the bill date and file an official complaint on the issue on info@mosheshek.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
