• Tomato roasted bell pepper and barley soup
• Spinach mushroom and broccoli soup
• Pear rocket in honey mustard salad
• Soba noodle with roasted tomato pesto, peas and beans salad
• Grilled vegetables with carrot and almond pesto sandwich
• Open crostini with shallot, pickled olive and Emmental sandwich
