- Handmade gnocchi that we will make from scratch, which is then baked with fresh tomatoes and basil
- Handmade tortellini, and arugula and pistachio pesto
- Deliciously light lasagna prepared with 1 bechamel and tomato sauce
- Pasta ribbons made with zucchini tossed in a roasted cherry tomato dressing
