Fresh, delicious, scrumptious. Just a few words that are sure to come to your mind as you take your very own pizza out of the oven. In this class, you will learn to make fresh pizza dough and base as well as learn how to churn out gorgeous thin crust pizzas.

You will learn…

  • Two kinds of sauces
  • Make pinwheels with a choice of fillings to include roast pumpkin chilli and feta, pesto, creamy spinach, tomato, tapenade and more

I will demonstrate how to make an Apple and Pear Pie with Salted Caramel and Grilled Zucchini With Cream Cheese and Oregano (eggless).

This is a packed day and I will endeavour to complete the above menu in the time we have.
